I think the answer is wrong. Broken yellow line means the solid yellow lines will start. If I am already overtaking it's all right to complete overtake but I should not initiate overtake.

the question is saying there is a broken yellow line on the other side of the road, so i am assuming there is a solid yellow line on the left. a solid yellow line means you cant pass?
