A. stop and wait for a green arrow.
B. drive on because all oncoming vehicles are stopped.
C. drive on straight ahead only if it is safe.

the explanation is wrong. Turning left - May go, provided: it is safe, and you DONT HAVE TO give way to right-turning vehicles coming towards you
